Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of our trademarks, copyrights, software, or other intellectual property.

5. User Content

If the App allows you to upload, create, store, process, or share content ("User Content"), you remain responsible for that content.

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the necessary rights and permissions to use and provide the User Content.
• Your User Content does not violate applicable laws or the rights of any third party.
• Your User Content does not contain unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, or infringing material.

Where necessary to provide the App's functionality, you grant us a limited license to process and use your User Content solely for operating, maintaining, and providing the requested services.

We do not claim ownership of your User Content unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may use or integrate with third-party services, platforms, software, or content.

These third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of such services may be subject to those additional terms.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, content, security, or privacy practices.

Interactions or transactions between you and an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser.

8. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Certain features or services may be available through subscriptions or in-app purchases.

Where applicable, subscription pricing, billing periods, trial periods, and renewal terms will be presented to you before purchase.

If you purchase a subscription through Apple's App Store, payment and subscription management are handled through your Apple account and Apple's in-app purchase system.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the applicable platform's subscription management procedures.

You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription where applicable.

For purchases made through other platforms, the applicable platform's billing and cancellation terms may apply.

9. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

The terms and eligibility requirements for such offers will be presented at the time of the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, when a free trial ends, the applicable subscription may automatically renew according to the terms presented at the time of purchase.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's applicable refund and purchase policies.

We do not control Apple's refund decisions or payment processing systems.

If your purchase was made through another platform or payment provider, the refund terms applicable to that platform or provider may apply.

11. Availability of the App

We make reasonable efforts to keep the App available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, including certain features or services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the app publisher, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the App.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable laws.
• Your violation of the rights of another person or entity.
• Content you submit or provide through the App.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if:

• Your activity creates security or legal risks.
• We are required to do so by law.
• We discontinue the App or a significant portion of its services.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

20. Apple App Store Additional Terms

If you downloaded the App through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the app publisher, and not with Apple.

Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, maintenance, support, or warranty obligations.

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.

In the event of any failure of the App to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the applicable purchase price in accordance with its policies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.

Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and use of the App, including product liability claims, consumer protection claims, intellectual property infringement claims, or claims that the App fails to comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

You agree to comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you where applicable.
